	Booking .... 1. Please telephone to confirm availability and make a reservation. 2. We will require a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay to secure the booking (in some instances a larger deposit may be requested ie for long stays). We accept all major credit/debit cards but not Diners Club or a cheque payable to Colliford Tavern. 3. Bookings will be confirmed in writing, unless the arrival date is imminent, when the deposit has been received. All bookings subject to our Terms & Conditions. 4. Please note rooms are strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed and check access arrangements


	Upon Arrival .... 1. Rooms are usually available from 2 p.m. but please ask if you wish to arrive earlier, we may be able to arrange this. 2. Please come to the reception to check in. You may have to use the 'call system' to summon the reception staff. 3. Please do not bring your luggage to reception. You will be directed where to park for unloading of luggage, assistance will be given if required.


	Access - The accommodation is approached via a short flight of stone steps from outside. There is a luggage unloading space adjacent and a large car park. The property has a private drive and the main gate is locked overnight, please check before booking if you intend to arrive after 10.30 p.m. or depart before 8 a.m. Departure :- Please ask at breakfast time whether to call at reception or the downstairs desk for checkout and arrange luggage assistance if required. If an early checkout is required, the account may be settled the evening before. Please vacate the room by 10.30 am
