All the en-suite bedrooms have a step in shower which has a 5" step to enter - all bedrooms are on the first floor - family rooms have balconies and all the rooms have views of the grounds at Colliford Tavern.

Guest access is via 8 wide outside steps of approx 6" high to private entrance to room.
